Any composite scheme dealer( supply of goods and services) each quarter form gst cmp-08 return filed only or form gst cmp-08 and gstr4 both returns filed in year 2019-2020.

As per Rule 62(1) of the CGST Rules, 2017, a person registered under composition scheme is required to file GST CMP-08 on quarterly basis and GSTR-4 on annual basis. Both are to be filed.
