Dear Sir/Mam, Security services provided by a security agency to college conducting B.com, M.com courses will be liable to RCM by college ??
2) Whether establishment of computer training institute by a person will fulfill the requirements of following, as per exemption notification —
(iii) education as a part of an approved vocational education course;
If yes, then no need to charge GST on fees paid by students in above case ??
3) If a security service provider provides security service to school providing education upto 12th , then such security service provider SHOULD NOT CHARGE GST in its Invoice, EVEN IF HE IS REGISTERED. Correct ??
4) Transportation of bus, school fees from students , security service etc, if provided to college will attract GST ?? Pls tell the provisions ??

- Yes if security services are provided by non body corporate and the college is registered under GST Law.
- Dont think so. Refer to para 2(h) of the exemption Notification.
- Correct as such service would is exempt.
- GST on transporation / security to college taxable being not exempt. No GST on college fee charged from students.
