One of my client has GST Registration in the state of Goa as well as in Maharashtra under business category of PROPRIETORSHIP. My client want to shift one asset valued at Rs. 450000/- for his personal use from Goa to Maharashtra on permanent basis. I want to know whether e-waybill is required for this movement and whether it will attract GST ? and what documents will be required ??
