What is the format of self invoice to be issued for payment of tax under reverse charge mechanism on supplies received from unregistered persons.

No separate format for issue of self invoice has been prescribed in GST Law. Accordingly while issuing self invoice you need follow Rule 46 of the CGST Rules, 2017 wherein the contents of an invoice has been prescribed.
