A partnership concern running Petrol Pump. GTA services are received by applicant firm for transport of diesel/petrol (Intrastate). Whether RCM is payable on this services received?

GTA services to a partnership firm is subject to RCM. Refer to NN 13/2017-central tax 9rate) dated 28-6-2017.
