Hamali is paid by XYZ Pvt. Ltd. for loading and unloading of the goods in the factory to a unregistered person. GST auditors are demanding GST under reverse charge from XYZ from July’17 onwards. Are they liable to pay?

You need to pay GST under RCM for period till 12.10.2017 subject to exemption of Rs 5000/- per day for all supplies from URD.
