XYZ is a Commercial Cooperative Society and registered with GST. They pay Municipal taxes and recover the same at actuals from the members. Will this amount has to be considered for the purpose of calculation of turnover of XYZ?

It will form part of value as only GST can be excluded from value of supply as per Sec 15.
