The Dealer is registered in Mumbai (Maharashtra ) and he is having Commercial Office at Noida (Uttar Pradesh). Whether invoice of Rent from such office can be issued from Mumbai by charging IGST Or whether he has to take GST Registration at Noida (Uttar Pradesh).
