Question:
Dealer cancel of gst registered number applied at present date:20-10-2020 cancel of gst number w.e f.date:31-03-2020 mentioned in cancel application form allowed in gst act.

Cancellation from current date will only be permissible. Also he need to file at GST returns with applicable late fee.
