Sir One dealer had imported frozen fish and selling the same as it is. Whether GST is applicable since the fish is frozen. It is kept in frozen condition to keep the same fresh. Whether the answer will be different if the dealer put the local brand name and sells it.

In our view frozen fish with brand name will attract 5% GST , else zero % GST.
