I am a GST registered second hand car dealer. I purchase from unregistered persons and sell to unregistered persons within state. Is reverse charge mechanism applicable on my transactions and if applicable can I claim Input Tax Credit?

Purchase of cars from individuals if unregistered is not subject to GST. Otherwise also no GST under RCM on purchase of cars from URD. Thus question of ITC does not arise.
