Respected Sir/Mam, A builder registered in Delhi working on a construction site in Haryana. But, he does not have any office in Haryana or at the site. He sends building material from Delhi directly at the site in Haryana. So, my question is whether he is required to get himself registered in Haryana also?

In prima facie view he is not required to obtain GST registration in Haryana. He can do IGST billing from Delhi. It is advised detailed legal opinion on the issue may be obtained.
