XYZ exported goods and certain quantity was short supplied to the foreign buyer. Subsequently, the quantity short supplied was again exported but the expenses incurred by foreign buyer against the subsequent supply was recovered from XYZ in foreign currency. Is XYZ required to pay GST under reverse charge on the amount paid to foreign buyer?
