As per office order issued today i.e. 30th June, 2020 by CESTAT, New Delhi it has been stated that there will be no sitting of benches of the tribunal inclusing Regional Benches from 1st July,2020 to 15th July, 2020 due to grim situation caused by COVID-19 pandemic.
However it has been stated that urgent applications will be taken up for hearing through video conferencing platform as per Public Notice No. 1 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020.
