Single consigner moves goods with many tax invoices all below Rs..50,000 with different consignees in single hired vehicle for inter – state movement. But , the consolidated value of goods in that single hired vehicle crosses Rs.50,000. Whether he need to generate eway bill ?

Strictly No. But better to issue seperate E way bills to avoid any issue with Deptt.
