The functionality of filing of NIL GSTR-3B was operationalised on the common portal on 08.06.2020. On the same day viz 08.06.2020 the Rule 67A of the CGST Rules, 2020 was made effective vide Notif No. 44/2020-Central Tax dated 08.06.2020.
