Sir/Mam, If GTA gives services to registered dealer, then registered dealer is required to pay GST under RCM @ 12% ?
2) If GTA gives services to unregistered dealer, then whether GTA should pay GST @ 5%/12% ?

- @ 5%.
- GTA services to URD (not under RCM) is exempt else URD has to take registration or GTA charges @ 12%.
