A Film actor resident of USA came to India with Foreign film producer for shooting of the film & perform shooting at various places in India.Further the film will be released outside India and the Film Actor of USA will also be paid in foreign currency by Foreign producer. Whether Foreign Actor is liable to pay GST on his professional fees on the basis that performance was in India even though he is paid by foreign producer & film will also be released outside India?

As in the instant case both location of supplier of service as well as location of recipient of service are located outside the taxable territory viz India , this transaction will not be taxable under the GST law.
