Gst on resale property

We are a real.estate commission agent selling properties on commission basis and charge GST thereon.As we also book fresh properties from builder in our name and later on sell them on profit .We never taken input ITC paid on installments paid of such properties my question is that if we sell these properties later on are we required to charge gst on sale of these properties.
