Hi please clarify the applicablity of GST Reverse Charge Mechanism for the month of Oct 2020.. As per the previous notification the rcm was suspended till sep 20.

RCM was never suspended rather ITC restriction under Rule 36(4) was deferred.
Due payments under RCM should be made as per TOS derived under Section 12(2) / 13(2) of the CGST Act,2017.
