I run a Diagnostic Centre, Patho Lab and Medicine Store , all under one GSTIN.
Services from Diagnostic Centre and Patho Lab are exempted from GST. Sale of medicine is taxable.
- Can I claim the ITC that is available from the Purchase of X-Ray & Endoscopy machines purchased against the Output GST on Sale of Medicines .
- Can I claim the ITC that is available from the Purchase of Consumables purchased for use in the Patho Lab against the Output GST on Sale of Medicines .
