Mam, Mr. A is supplying goods to Mr. C on the directions of Mr. B under Bill to Ship to model. Mr. A is also generating E-way bill with billing details of Mr. B and shipping details of Mr. C. Do, Mr. B is also required to generate E-way bill in such transaction?
