Mam, If there is no ITC Carry forward as on 30/4/17 , whether filing of Tran-1 is mandatory just for the purpose of disclosure of Stock figures as on 30/6/17 in Tran-1 , so that stock gets reflected in GST ??

2) If No, whether we need to give stock details as on 30/6/17 to GST officer manually now ?
